Dear all,
A quick reminder that the deadline to reinforce your objection to the 1 Silk Street development plans is 2nd April.
NB this has now been extended
THE CONSULTATION PERIOD IS EXTENDED UNTIL MONDAY 13.04.2026.
The revised proposals have not addressed the core concerns raised by over 1,000 objectors; they have changed nothing of substance regarding the plan. It is important that we show our opposition still stands, please take a few minutes to submit your objection before the deadline. Note that the images posted on the website are highly misleading and do not represent the actual relative height of the proposed building compared to The Heron.
You can object in three ways:
• Online: https://www.planning2.cityoflondon.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=makeComment&keyVal=SYGHFUFHM1C00 (or search for 25/00829/FULEIA at CoL Planning)
• Email: 1SilkStreet@cityoflondon.gov.uk - reference 25/00829/FULEIA and 25/00830/LBC
• Letter: Anastasia Tampouridou, Planning Officer, City of London Guildhall, PO Box 270, London, EC2P 2EJ
